But since last six years we are having a great time as a family. It was in the year 2005 when Aarav was born in to our family. Since he was born after lots of prayers and treatment we do pet him a lot. His every wish is our command. We do try and not make him arrogant by such behavior. His first trip to resort was again courtesy of Pancard club scheme. Panoramic resort Karnala was the place where we as a family went for our first big family trip. Now that he is six year old, we are planning to invest in many things which would benefit him down the line. There are maturity bonds, LIC’s and other investments in shares like Reliance and Tata. Hopefully till the time he become independent this timeshare business plan should have quadruple the current amount. Since, we have the scheme from Panoramic group, we don’t want another one for him. He could still use ours even when he gets married.

It is better to prepare yourself for future with good investments. My advice for you is to invest in some holiday Timeshare business, which promises accommodations when you need without any increase in cost. There are many schemes which offer such Timeshare Plan. The only problem with majority of such scheme is their hidden charges. They never mention about these charges at the time of pitching their sales, once the customer agrees to the terms and conditions, you will find charges being levied upon you. There are very few companies that never charge any hidden charges from their investors. I was approached by many companies to invest in their so called holiday timeshare plan but after going through their terms and conditions document, I found certain clauses which meant that I have to pay a fixed additional amount every year.

Today, Asian countries are competing with the Western ones in terms of tourism competitiveness.

These are my dreams and to start with my dreams I’ve been in many places which are near to my places like Goa, Karnala, Malvan and Shirdi. I learnt few lessons from those things. Since then I never really trusted anyone or should I say expected anything from others. Even though there are many friends who watch my back but there are only few who pull be back when I’m down. I remember the time when there were rumours about Pancard club Timeshare plan being a fraud timeshare plan. I’d invested in the scheme along with a friend of mine who said the scheme was good and profitable, if we get more members in this scheme. My friend asked me to induce my other friends to get in to the scheme. I managed to get all my friends in to the scheme. The moment the rumor of Pancard scheme being a fraud one hit the market, all my friends asked me for an explanation. Even I was not sure and called my other friend who introduced me to this scheme.

I was surprised at his reaction when he put all the blame on me. He said that I was the one who induced him to the scheme. He turned the tables on me and I was there staring at him speechless. Since then I’ve stopped inducing other customer in to any such investment scheme. Even though Pancard clubs timeshare was not a scam, which was revealed later, I came to know that no one is trust worthy these days.

I should even say that I’ve been enjoying the returns on my timeshare business with panoramic group of companies. Though I wouldn’t ask anybody to join Pancard clubs timeshare plan but it is the scheme which make my holiday cost effective.

As you all know that nowadays booking accommodations is easily done due to online facility. Our booking was confirmed before one month of our scheduled date. We had to push the dates by two days and we doubted that the resort would be accepting our request. They accepted the request without any questions and readily confirmed our new dates. We doubted because we had already done the part payment and the resort wouldn’t be at loss even if they didn’t accepted our request. Before going to resort we visited our native in Cochin and from there we went to Alleppey by hiring a car.

It is just around 50 Km from our place and it took us around one hour to reach the resort. The resort was just opposite to the beach. We could feel the cool breeze from our cottages too. Panoramic Sea Resort also offered Panchakarma treatment for its customers. We insisted our parents to undertake the ayurvedic treatment as it would be really a stress buster.

All in all we had some of the best moments spent together at the Alleppey sea resort. The food which we had was again the Kerala cuisine with lots of fish curry. We spend 10 days in the resort and I must say that every penny spent was worth it. It was there when I heard about the Pancard clubs timeshare business. The scheme was initiated by panoramic group of companies which also manages Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL). PUL manages hotels and resorts in and outside India for Panoramic group.

The scheme was very interesting and we are very eager to invest in the scheme. Now as we are back in Mumbai, we will take some time out and will definitely take a good look about the timeshare opportunity.

Also people interfering in other’s business are the ones who think is the smart among the lots. Such type of people can be found anywhere. They might be your colleagues, neighbors or relatives. At times their suggestion might make sense but most of the times they are just wasting their energy as well as your time. The reason I’m posting this is because I overheard two people sitting in the cafeteria about Pancard clubs timeshare plan. The person who inquired about Pancard clubs would be thinking why he asked the other person. The other person has been continuously speaking for more than ten minutes. Some of the conversation which I heard is about companies being fraud and cheating their members with scam investment scheme. I think even Pancard clubs is into some timeshare plan, not sure though.

The person was interested in investing in the scheme and so he was asking his friend’s/colleague’s advice. I must say that the person was so excited few minutes back when they entered the cafeteria but now the look of his face suggest that he don’t want to know more about Pancard clubs limited. Well there are three companies that are being discussed here one is Pancard clubs limited, other is Panoramic universal Limited and third being Panoramic Group the parent company of the other two companies.

Strange but don’t know was the other person is really interested in knowing all the facts about the companies. If I would have been in his case and if I had committed the same mistake of asking anyone about anything, I would have kicked the other person.

Still old habits die hard and sometimes I start again. I remember the time when I invested in a scheme from Pancard clubs limited. The timeshare was a luxury holiday accommodation plan  where in we could get accommodation in their hotels at a budget price. The scheme suggested that we had to invest the total amount together and we could get accommodation rights in their hotels for ten years free. In short it was an inflation proof holiday scheme.

It was a good scheme and I started boasting about it among my friends and relatives. As they know me well they were irritated by such behavior. All they wished was to get an opportunity to take sort of revenge on such constant boasting. God answered their prayers when there was news in the market about the scheme being a fraud. It was then all my relatives and friends started laughing on me and started their taunts about the scheme.

I realized my mistake of boasting too much about myself. I experienced the pain when someone gives it back to you the same manner. Since then I curbed my habit of boasting about myself.
